On Sunday, October 18, 2009, at Jones Beach State Park, the American Cancer Society will hold The Walk. Let your feet do the walking, and your heart do the talking.

Registration and Start: 8:00-11:00 am.
Location: Jones Beach Parking Fields 4 and 5.
Parking: free for the event ONLY. Please carpool whenever possible.
To avoid crowds, please plan to arrive after 10:00 am.

Your participation will:

• Help someone with breast cancer find a a ride to treatment or a free place to stay.
• Keep the phone lines open all day, all night, every day, every night for questions that need answers.
